Get unstuck and live again
‘Live with intention. Walk to the edge. Listen hard. Practice wellness. Play with abandon. Laugh. Risk love. Choose with no regret.
Appreciate your friends. Fail with enthusiasm.’
Mary Anne Radmacher

"When I met Sandie I was in the middle of a tough job, she was a beam of light during that time. Our sessions together provided me with the tools, encouragement and knowledge that I was looking for. Tools to be able to take into my everyday life, and feel freer and happier. I couldn’t recommend Sandie enough, she’s kind, intelligent and makes you feel instantly at home."
